What we do

With a mechanical/executive project we can easily and precisely realize any aeraulic distribution system. We supply the essential components from the duct to the diffuser, from the heat recovery unit to the air handling unit and active sanitation systems.

In this way, we provide an effective aeraulic system for healthy air quality.

Air Treatment and Distribution

Our Products Range
Controlled Mechanical Ventilation System
Controlled Mechanical Ventilation System

Controlled Mechanical Ventilation provides punctual or centralized systems for the exchange and filtration of the air between indoor and outdoor environments. They are suitable for installations in residential, commercial and tertiary areas. On some specific solutions, it is possible to integrate a PCO™ Dust Free® Active Sanitation module.

Zoning Systems
Zoning Systems

Zoning systems make it possible to divide an apartment or office into several zones, so that air conditioning and dynamic comfort are independently controlled in each room. The advantages offered are: high standards of comfort and aesthetics, the design of a customized system, the reduction of energy consumption.

Active Air Sanification
Active Air Sanification

It acts by actively and continuously sanitizing the air, surfaces and ducts where the PCO™ Dust Free® active sanitization module is used 24/7. This technology, known as Oxidative Photocatalysis, was developed in the aerospace field and reproduces a natural process that reduces the load of viruses, bacteria and pollutants.

Distribution
Distribution

The goals of the distribution are hygiene, safety and comfort of the environments and it can be used in residential, commercial or industrial areas. They are composed of various elements (according to the needs to be met: ventilation, thermo-ventilation, air conditioning, recovery) that can be classified according to UNI: EN 103399: 1995.

Monitoring
Monitoring

AQSensor by AQSafe is the new device to monitor and to control air quality. Its certified sensors allow you to monitor the main parameters of indoor air quality: Temperature, Humidity, real CO2, Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC), PM1, PM2.5, PM10 (air-dispersed particulate) with attention to energy saving.

Air Sanification: what we are talking about?

Air Sanification: what we are talking about?

Photocatalytic Oxidation (PCO™) is known as the photochemical principle underlying the DUST FREE® active sanitization products.
The DUST FREE® technology was developed in the aerospace business with the aim of sanitizing environments intended for aerospace expeditions, in such a way as to meet the highest standards of healthiness and air quality.
The PCO™ technology imitates and reproduces what happens in nature through photocatalysis, a process which, thanks to the combined action of UV rays from the sun, humidity present in the air and some noble metals present in nature, generates hydroxyl radicals and hydrogen peroxide molecules capable of destroying most pollutants and toxic substances such as bacteria, viruses and molds. Invested by the air flow, the Photocatalytic Oxidation module generates a photochemical reaction that binds an added molecule of oxygen (O) to those of hydrogen and oxygen pre-existing in the humidity of the air (H2O). In this way, Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2), is generated, commonly known as hydrogen peroxide.
Hydrogen peroxide is produced in minimal quantities by the photocatalytic reaction (not exceeding 0.02 PPM) and is highly effective in destroying microbial loads both in the air and on surfaces.
The potential action linked to the photochemical reaction that occurs in them also leads to a sanitization of the channels themselves, which are often the nest of molds and bacteria capable of causing the spread of diseases and allergies, especially in the workplace.

What is Controlled Mechanical Ventilation?

What is Controlled Mechanical Ventilation?

Controlled Mechanical Ventilation consists of punctual or centralized systems for the right exchange and filtration of the air with the outside, which can be deployed in residential, commercial and industrial settings.
Thanks to special heat exchangers integrated in the devices themselves, the recovery of energy from the expelled air (from the inside to the outside) can happen with great energy savings.
Some specific CMV solutions are designed to integrate Active Sanitation devices (PCO™). This possibility allows our CMV solutions the opportunity to actively and continuously sanitize the ventilation channels, surfaces and environments where they have been installed.
